1. What this service is
American Drive is a search and comparison service for rental cars. We are not a rental car company. We do not own, operate, insure or supply vehicles, and we are not a party to your rental agreement.
2. Bookings and payment
Any reservation you make is a contract between you and the rental provider you select. The provider sets the price, terms, inclusions, deposit, cancellation policy and vehicle allocation, and takes your payment. American Drive does not process rental payments.
3. Availability and pricing
Options shown on this site are supplied by participating providers and can change or become unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee availability, price, vehicle class or any particular model.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for meeting the provider's requirements — valid licence, minimum age, accepted payment card, identification and any vehicle-specific conditions — and for reading the provider's terms before confirming a booking.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the site, use it for unlawful purposes, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
6. Third-party sites
We link to provider websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or conduct.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that provider-supplied information is complete or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Drive Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any dispute between you and a rental provider, including vehicle condition, counter service, charges, damage claims or refusal of rental.

The site's content, design and marks are owned by American Drive Rentals LLC or its licensors.
