• Search information you enter: pick-up and drop-off location, dates and times.
• Contact information you submit through our contact form: name, email, optional booking reference, subject and message.
• Technical and usage information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and interaction events.

We do not collect payment card details. Rental payments are taken by the provider on their own systems.

How we use it

To run the search, to respond to your enquiry, to measure and improve the service, to detect abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Search criteria are shared with participating rental providers so they can return options. If you continue to a provider, that provider's own privacy policy governs what happens on their site. We also use service providers for hosting, analytics and email delivery, who process data on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and to meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
