- Add your flight number when the provider offers the field — counters commonly track arrivals and hold the car if you are delayed.
- Give yourself a realistic buffer on the return: shuttle plus check-in at LAX is not a ten-minute exercise.
- If your whole trip is inside the city, an off-airport pick-up the next morning sometimes avoids airport-specific fees. Weigh that against the taxi cost.
