American Drive Rentals LLC operates a car rental search and comparison service for travellers in the United States.
Who We Are
American Drive is operated by American Drive Rentals LLC. We build and run a search tool that lets travellers compare rental car options in one place instead of opening a dozen provider sites.
We are a small team. We do not own vehicles, we do not staff rental counters, and we are not an agent of any rental company.
What American Drive Does
We take the search you enter — location, dates, times, vehicle preference — and present the rental options that participating providers return for it. Our job ends when you choose an offer and continue to that provider.
Where we add value is comparison and clarity: putting options side by side, and stating the rental terms that usually only appear deep in a booking flow.
How Our Service Works
- Search. You enter your destination and travel dates.
- Compare. We show the available rental options returned by participating providers.
- Select. You choose the vehicle and offer that suits your trip.
- Complete booking. You continue to the selected provider, who takes the reservation and the payment.
Our Relationship With Rental Providers
Rental offers shown on American Drive come from participating providers. Those providers set their own prices, vehicle categories, inclusions and terms — we do not set or negotiate them, and we do not guarantee that any particular vehicle will be available.
We may receive a commission from a provider when a booking is completed after a referral from this site. That does not change the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure for detail.
Customer Support
We can help with questions about using American Drive — how the search works, what a rental term means, or who to contact about a booking. We cannot amend, cancel or refund a booking held by a provider, because we do not have access to their reservation systems.

Booking & Payment Transparency
The short version
American Drive helps users discover and compare rental options. The selected provider handles the final booking and payment according to its applicable terms.
Before you leave this site for a provider, we show a summary of the offer and state clearly that you are continuing with that provider. We do not collect card details for the rental and we do not process rental payments.
